Case 680E Issues
|HJ||Case 680E CK mid Late 70's Few issues Machine runs like a top and has for years just started to act like starving for fuel after about 3/4 - 1 Hour Leave for a few hours runs great for about 1/2- 3/4 hour. Added inline electric fuel pump to prime years back and hooked up to see if this helped don't think so thought factory pump might be weak notice when starving fuel bowl would get air in it. Replaced Line from Tank to Pump thinking it was sucking air. Now notice fuel bowl gets lots of air when throttling engine up ?
|AJ||Where the return line connects to the pump usually has an elbow, remove the elbow, there is a small valve inside to regulate the pump pressure,if the valve is restricted it can cause the symptoms you have.
