David Brown 1200 Selectamatic Axle Seal leaking

Mike I have been having a repeated problem with my left rear axle seal leaking on my David Brown 1200 Selectamatic tractor. I have had a repair guy out and replace the seal on two separate occasions in the last 6 months and it is leaking again. What could the repair guy be missing or what else could be causing this recurring leak?
AJ Is the collar the seal runs on in good condition,if not replace it and the o'ring that goes under it,also check that the breather bolt is not blocked up,the breather bolt is located in the top centre of the cover above the oil level plug,it is used to hold the cover on but has a hole through it,take out the bolt and check the hole is not blocked inside.
