Case 275 Sub-Transmission Stuck in High Range

Joseph Moorer As stated in subject, Sub-Transmission shifter is stuck in the high range and will not move. Any ideas on how to solve this situation would be appreciated. The tractor is a Case International Harvester 275 Compact Model 2 wheel drive.
AJ Have a look at the linkage,see no lever or rod has gone over centre locking the lever.
