Some of the time my case will go backwards and most of the time it just sits and the more power you give it well nothing happens. What could the problem be?? I looked on the websites for any help but not able to find any help. Please someone help. Mike Farris

What has your Case got,there is a mechanical shuttle and a power shuttle,if its mechanical check the oil level and that it is adjusted correctly,if its a power shuttle check the oil level too and the control linkage,you should have a gauge on the dash saying torque converter oil pressure if its a power shuttle,see what it reads,there is a suction strainer on the oil pick up pipe,if thats clogged it can slow up the oil flow,there is also an external filter in a canister on one of the lines going to the cooler that should be serviced when the engine is serviced but it is often overlooked.
