Case 1410 worth restoring.

Eddie Myers Case David Brown 1410.
Have one and was wondering whether it's worth restoring and ballpark how much it COULD cost.

Any way to put a front end loader on it?
Any way to put shuttle shift on it?
Any way to put 4 wheel drive on it?

Aftermarket parts or used parts or combination.

Saw a KORKER front end loader for it.... any good?

Currently looking at Compact tractors and something around 40 horse will PROBABLY do everything I will ever need to do. However, I have this tractor and was wondering if it could be worth it to restore.

It has hydraulic lift issues, but I think I could probably get it running. Will definitely need battery, probably a starter, 4 tires and a whole lot more.

Any opinions? How long to get running? If I go extreme are body parts available for these things? Metal is ROUGH!

Llyod You need to go to the David Brown only tractor site. dbtc.co.uk

let me know what you do with it lot of part you cant get for it i would be interrested in it

Everett Snoeberger The 1410 is a pretty tough tractor. Many of the parts are available from Case or after market suppliers. Some would require some searching at the tracto junk yards. If the engine an tranny are good it is a pretty good canidate for restoration. The clutch is a compound clutch with the PTO and ground drive in one package. It is a bitch to replace requireing removing the steering, fuel tank, casting below sterring whell and top half of the bell housing before splitting the tractor. About 5 hours in and out but no real technical expertise required. IF you want to sell it please email me a picture and cost.
