Case 430 Tractor problem

Buck Moran After completing major work on my Case 430 LCK: new clutch, head work , rear engine seal, steering pump rebuild, etc. I tested the tractor. Ran ok for a while and then a very loud growling noise occurred. It seems related to the manual clutch or transmission. Any ideas??
