3 point hitch won't lift

855 1980 DAVID BROWN TRACTOR 3 point lift won't go up and down. It lifted up but won't come down. Found out valves were stuck in valve body, loosen them, now it wont go up. What to do???

I'm having the same problem with a David Brown 3800 "selectamatic" does anyone know what the problem is and how to fix it.

Hi there I have a case david brown also and I'm to having problems with my 3 point hitch not going down.It will go up but not down unless you stand on it and apply weight.what is wrong please help thanks
