Trying to figure out which 530 i have (need help)
|Kurt||I have a case 530.188 diesel. The plate on this side is missing so trying to figure ou excatly which this is.The steering is different from my other.I have another 530 little newer than this one.she also has a weird steering set up.has a steering shaft running down the side and there is no fill for power steering like my other. Is this steering ran off the trans somehow?there are no hydraulic cylinders on the spindles no where for them to even go so i am guessing it is ran off the trans somehow.Basicly the same as my 530ck but this steering thing is driving me nuts.(does not work)Is this a 530b model with this steering set up? thanks for the help.
|AJ||I am not an ag tractor man but it would be my guess that the tractor that has no steering cylinders does not have power steering.if the tractor has poweer steering it must have a pump and the cylinders etc.
