Case 311 Hydraulic Fluid
|Tyler||Does the 311 have two compartments?
I have been looking to change the fluid in mine.
There is a large plug under the seat with the dipstick from the trans/rear end. In here would I use 85W140? I noticed there is a return line for the hydraulics that enters the top of the rearend, does that run forward to the hydraulic tank?
The oil on the dipstick does smell like gear oil.
If they are seperate what fluid do I use for the hydraulics? Case Hy-Tran? How much do I need?
If they aren't seperate, what fluid do I use? How much?
