hydralic oil cooler

scotty richardson My brother-in-law purchaced a dynahoe 190-4 recently and the hydralic oil cooler has a hole in it. No one seems to be able to weld the hole and he has a hard time finding a replacement (new or used). Anyone know where we maybe able to find one?
