Model B Allis Chalmers leak of antifreeze from engine

Rick Green My model B leaks antifreeze, probably a seal on the shaft driving the radiator fan; I see steam from that area when I shut the engine off and a slight leak to the floor; all my hoses are good and have been replaced; is it difficult to replace this seal; I am handy but not too handy, but I would like to do it myself to gain the confidence; could it be caused by anything else?
Jeff Z. Sounds like it's time for a new water pump.
Simple job.
Relacing the seal not so easy.
Save yourself alot of pain. If it is the pump just replace it.
