allis 7050 hydralics

joe I popped a seal on control lever, lost 2 gallons of oil,reset seal and now hydraulics and power steering not working. Pumps a little oil no pressure.
joe allis 7050 hydraulics. How do you test which pump is not working? There is one under tractor and one in the rearend?
