allis 175 diesel

bob couchman i have allis 175 diesel. 2 problems, 1st fuel in oil. runs excellent no smoke. what is most likely cause, 2nd pto does not function with clutch depressed. not "live" can this be fixed and what would be most likely problem
bob beatty 1st problem sounds like the fuel pump is bad. 2nd problem The hand clutch is what makes it live pto. hope this helps you out.
