Allis Chalmers TS-5 oll capacities/strng brakes

Don Allis Chalmers TS-5 - think it's 1950 or '51

what are the engine oil and transaxle capacities and recommend oil weight (80/90, 85/140 or ? ) for the trans - also any lubrication for the front sprockets (wheels)

I also have a frozen left steering/brake - any assistance in that area would be greatly appreciated - this unit had been sitting for several years but starts easy and runs good - hydraulics are good - undercarriage & tracks good

- thanks in advance

hector gemme

The DETROIT 271 motor can use 15-40 oil and transmission and final drive use 80-90 oil and for the stering cluch you should pull it out and clean or maybe change the disc and I just dismantled a other TS5 last week for parts.
