You might try a gear puller or harmonic balancer pulley(it would have to have threaded holes on the pulley for the harmonic puller to be attached). If not use a gear puller. Then tighten puller tap all around pulley and tighten some more should come off fairly easy. You can get which ever puller at Autozone or any autoparts store.
