Jerry without going into too much detail it sounds as if you have managed to get the operating vertical levers on the wrong side of the pump control valve..remove the right hand sideplate and see what is happening when you operate the control levers...if my memory serves me correctly the levers should be in front of the roller on the pump control valve lever....providing you have reassembled everything correctly that is the first line of attack I would persue....Best regards...Geoff
