I was thinking about replacing the lift pump (thinking maybe it was weak and causing my problems with the engine dying) and wherever I checked about the lift pump, thet asked for the engine serial number. Now I'm first going to try and clean the screen in the lift pump like you mentioned in another post to me and see if it helps. Still wouldn't mind knowing the serial number just to have it in case I ever needed it. Thank you very much for all your help.
