The predrilled holes did not fully match the OEM step I just installed on our 265 (same step) factory step I got at the dealer's last month.
The most inside hole matched so I put a bolt in it and found a small nut that just fit in the predrilled step holes and use a bit just smaller than the hole in the nut as a pilot for drilling two new holes. It is my quess they changed hole pattern somewhere in the 255, 265 and 275 series years of production.
