my to-35 started to shimmy some on the road.

I gave it a little toe-out, about 1 round on each side adjustment, stopped the shimmy.

Later in the year I got new front tires for the old tractor, and I toed it back in to the orginal setting and have had no shimmy problems with the new tires.
