I own a mf 135 diesel tractor, which I bought used that will not stay engaged in engine pto lever position when under a load. (live power with ground or engine option)(bush hogging) It appears that the selector lever gear is not sliding up on the front shaft as far as it should. (Evidence of slight wear on front spline teeth.)
The detent and spring are in good condition.
I would appreciate any information on which direction to go in fixing this problem.
Thank You!
