Loosen the nut on an injector and crank till you get fuel, or get it started with starting fluid with upper cylinder lubrication keep spraying a fine mist to keep it running eventually the air will bleed out, but only spray while it's cranking or running as you can hydraulic the engine. you should really bleed the injector pump but I'm lazy as hell and have had good luck over the years.
