NAPA tested my 8 volt battery telling me it had a dead cell. They told me I would need to adjust the voltage regulator before adding another 8 volt or it would not charge properly. I have my doubts this needs done. I feel I had a bad battery. Any thoughts on this? Jeff Z - I appreciate your earlier response.
