I had the same problem on my 135, the filter in the sediment bowl will pick up all the trash concentrated at the bottom of the tank when low on fuel. Try cleaning the filter in the sediment bowl. This helped but I wound up adding a low pressure electric fuelpump(1-2 psi) in the system. The gravity feed just would not keep up.
