I suggestgetting a copy of I&T shop service manual MF-42. It explains the best manual way to bleed you system. Once you bleed the the fuel filter you can rmove the air filter cover. With starting fluid give the intake a short burst this will usually get the engine to kick off. Too much starting fluid and you can do damage!
