My 3 pt will lift slow with no weight and not at all with weight, it worked fine yesterday but not at all today. also with the pto engaged I can grab it with my hand and stop it from spining.also I see there is 3 positions on the 3pt leaver what are they. I'm new to this tractor and not sure how all things operate.
