I read an article on the draft and position levers on my Massey. I understand the draft is for ground contact implements like a blade to adjust the implements while operating the tractor. The position lever is for up and down control only. I am new at this tractor business, so I ask before I destroy or damage. Can the grading blade be tilted while drafting and operating the tractor. I stop and manually adjust the blade to the proper angle for digging each time. Seems I must engage the clutch each time to raise or lower the blade, and that stops the tractor. What am I doing wrong. I do understand the draft lever stays in the raised position until I use ground contact tools and the position lever is used to raise and lower the bush hog. Can you assist a rookie tractor operator. Thanks Jim
