I have a 92 mf60hx turbo i purchased new. It presently has around 1500 hours on the tach. My problem is low power. I recently ran it in high gear for 15 min or so on the road and the turbo was red hot. no heavy smoke but it acts like it is not reving up as much like its fluids are cold. is there a relief valve in the hydrolics? Also what oil goes in the transmission? thanks in advance for your time
