MTD Yard Machine 18 HP 46" cut with Kohler engine refuses to start..... It partially cranks like a weak or dead battery.... Used to put the battery charger on for about 1/2 hr and it would start... After i mowed the lawn and put the tractor away until I needed it the next time I had to do it all over again... I purchased a new battery along with cleaning all connections' to the solenoid,starter,ground,ETC. Now with the new battery it still cranks like the battery is weak or dead.. I don't know where to look next..Could I have a bad starter ??? Any information would be greatly appreciated..........
