Here's how to download the "Parts Diagrams" and "Cross Reference":
Goto: www3.sears.com
Type in "917.254830" in box #2
Click "go"
Click "continue"
Click one of the eight categories listed under the "View Diagram" column. (Electrical, steering, front axle & wheel, fender/dash/grill, brakes, engine & clutch, hydrostatic.)
You will also ned to print out the coresponding "View Parts List" to cross reference the diagram "key" number to the actual part number.
Should be able to buy parts at a 20% discount from Outdoor Distributors. Choose either
"Craftsman" or "American Yard Products".
