Well you're certainly welcome Juan. I'm glad that the info I posted was of some help. Just so you'll feel better about my negative experiences - my second Rider is doing great! To this point it is performing flawlessly. I don't think you're going to have any problems Juan, so feel good about your purchase.
I think you bought the perfect mower for having a small lot. The cut is exceptional for a deck this size, and just how much fun are you allowed to have cutting grass! Just make sure you act like you still dread cutting the grass when your wife is around.
