Kyle,
I certainly can't answer your question with any authority, but my thoughts would be as to how much you are going to exceed the 15 degrees and for how long. We probably exceed 15 degrees if we load our mower onto a trailer. To get a picture of how much 15 degrees is, mark a spot at the base of your hill, go 59' up the hill, if there is more than a 15' change in elevation you'll be exceeding the 15 degrees.
My Rider is still doing great, and it's really a pleasure to cut with. One of the things that I have really grown to appreciate is the "flip up deck". I'm one of those guys who likes to keep my mower cleaned up after each cutting, and man does this feature make it easy. Another thing that I like is the fact that the engine is in no danger of getting wet while I'm hosing down the underside of my cutting deck.
Hey, good luck with your mower purchase. I hope this helps you a little with your decision.
Steve
