Hi
I just purchased a Montgomery Wards TMO-33905a, which has the same parts breakdown from their manual. My brother-in-law purchased a lawn tractor at auction which has the same motor model series. I scanned his Briggs & Stratton "Operating and Maintenance Instructions for Model series 280700,281700" into my computer as 12 (pages) *.jpg files. The manual is NOT a parts list, nor does it show the internals of the engine. But it does show regular maintenance information, including plug size, gap, carburetor adjustments, air cleaner maintenance, inc. Let me know if you're interested.
