Doug - Sounds like you are going to need a parts manual for your deck, in order to figure things out. Perhaps someone that has one, can copy and send you, or you could contact your local dealer and order one. You will need the Model ID Code and Serial Number to ensure you get the correct parts manual. Be aware, that some tractors sold by Deere, do not have a separate parts manual. If such is the case, you need to obtain the entire parts manual for the tractor. Within that manual, will be the deck parts section. Good luck. - Dave
