HEy Guys thanks for everything.
I did everything you guys recommended hoping not having to get in on the engine but with no avail. Essentiall the alternator or I guess "coil" on these engines is the other end of the spark plug wire. The engine spins and goes by this "coil" thing and ignites teh spark. It is a magnetic thing so be careful to make sure the spin of the engine mounted side clears the fixed side of the spark plug wire.
Once I changed this, the batter now holds a charge and runs like new. ( I also changed the gas filter, oil, oil filter, battery ( thinking it was shorting) and then finally this Coil thing.
