I have an old tiller, about 25 years old and I am trying to get the wheels off. I have removed the pin holding the wheel onto the shaft, but the wheel will not budge. I have soaked the shaft etc with penetrating oil, but to no avail. Anybody know of any tricks I can use to get the wheels to come off. Not much room for leverage.
