yes, it is new. she got it last year at about this time or a little later. I told her to take it back, but she said it had been used. She doesn't understand sometimes. Sears was sending someone to put belt on for her yesterday, I haven't talked to her yet to see if they did or not. Will find out today. thank you for your reply any help is appreciated.
