I HAVE A 16 HP(7 SPEED)LAWN TRACTOR. WHEN PULLING A HILL IN 6TH OR 7TH GEAR IT POWERS OUT. ON LEVEL GROUND 6TH & 7TH GEAR SEEM TO WORK PROPERLY. GEARS 1-5 WORK FINE. I HAVE INSTALLED NEW DRIVE BELTS BUT THAT DIDN'T SEEM TO HELP. COULD IT BE THE TRANSMISSION OR IS THERE AN ADJUSTMENT ON THE TRANSMISSION.
