Have you tried calling Ariens? I called Ariens because I needed tines for an RT8020 and was having trouble like you. They checked and had the tines, referred me to their web page where I located a dealer near me. They did not have them in stock, but ordered them for me. If you want to call Ariens their number is 1-888-927-4367, choose tech support. I had been looking for over a year and finally decided to call the company. Should have just done that in the first place.
