It is not stuck forever, it will turn ans run for 20-30 secs.
One item I neglected was that my son ran over a chain and the
mower totally stopped, instantly according to my wife
who was watching him. But it ran the next day for about 45-60 minutes,
then it stopped. Will it stop if it gets to hot?
What about a sheared flywheel key?
