Help! New Craftsman LTS1000... Hydro Gear Transaxle noise...

Purchased my first lawn tractor a few weeks ago. Craftsman LTS1000, 16hp Kohler CV460, with Hydro Gear Transaxle. After purging the transaxle as recommended there was a wining noise in both forward and reverse whenever the the tractor was operating on an slight incline. It was quiet when level then wining (not grinding) on slight inclines.. any suggestions?.. thx... Rich
