unusual problem. would start by measuring distance from right deck front to right front wheel REAR (keep strg wheel straight), then back up tractor straight up until jammed to rear wheel as described.
remeasure deck front to front tire rear - distance s/b the same or somewhat shorter.
drive tractor straight forward a short distance. If deck unjamms from rear tire, then rear tranny is loose where bolted to frame and pivoting.
Find loose hardware and repair as needed.
