would start by removing spark plug and attempting to rotate engine by hand to verify engine not locked up.
If OK, would take out batt and have LOAD tested by qualified shop while cleaning to bright metal battery connections.
If engine will not spin when starting normally by key, would chk for 12volts to starter relay.
If engine spins, remove carb air cleaner; spary 1-2 shots of rattlecan carb cleaner directly into carb throat: if engine pops/tries to start, you have fuel delivery problem. If not, ignition and/or mechanical problem.
Post back with results - we will try to help with addtl troubleshooting.
