Hi there me again!The safty switches could be it. But this is a dumb ? But the engine will turn over wont it? I mean turn it over by hand. I guess you do own this and didnt just get it from some-1.. Thinking maybe engine locked up. If not just an idea. Hope to hear you get it running please let us know what was wrong when you do ! Bye! Matt
