I have an old Montgomery Ward Garden Tiller (Model# 1599B, Serial# 06X62459). I believe the engine is a Briggs & Stratton, but, no name plate on the motor. The drive bushings for the tines are leaking oil and I would like to replace them, and would also like to figure out the "reverse drive" feature - for now, I can't get it to go in reverse at all. The motor and cast-iron motor deck lift off to allow access to the friction "clutch" and drive pulley - This may help in identifying the actual manufacturer. What I really need is an owner's and service manual. Anybody have any clues as to where I can find "ANYTHING" on this old tiller.
Thanks in advance...
Bill
