Just started looking for used tractor to mow ~3/4acre cabin lot in Minnesota. Two questions:

1. What are the main considerations when selecting blade vs snowblower attachment?
2. Are most of these capable of pulling/pushing a 3-4000lb boat in/out of a garage using a ball hitch?
