You're eng is mod# HH100 & SPEC# 115095B,I don't know where you're getting carb# from,I've never seen mod# for carb you gave on a tecumseh eng,if you're getting number from parts list for tractor it's probably a wh pn for carb,checking my microfiche cards for eng spec# you gave oem pn for carb is 631304,the rebuild kit is pn 32412,both the carb & rebuild kit are still avail,new carb will be fixed jet(no hi-speed needle)and will run $95+ the rebuild kit will run $35+ depending on where you buy carb or kit(local mower shop,ebay,online dealers)
