Check local yellow pgs for a lawnboy dealer,take tiller mod# & pn for pulley(if you have parts list)to dealer see if he can help you,lawnboy bought gilson,then toro bought lawnboy,I'm told toro supports gilson thru their lawnboy dealers.
If lawnboy dealer can't help you,if idler can be removed from shaft it's on without haveing to replace a complete plate/bracket,goto www.mfgsupply.com,from top of pg/left col click on lawnmowers,in listing's for same click on pulleys & idlers,select style of idler (v belt,flat idler)from listings,measure bore diam x od x style of old pulley,check in listings & see if anything matches your's.
Aslo try going to ebay & type gilson pulley in search,see if any idlers listed are same as your's.
