From what you say it appears eng only running on left cyl,as said before install new plugs if you have already done so,get an inline spark tester & install in right cyl plug lead & check that you aren't loseing spark to right cyl,if you are could be caused by a bad plug lead/coil,if NOT loseing spark to right cyl,check that eng not sucking air at carb mounting gasket on manifold or where manifold bolts to right cyl,if eng getting tired & burning oil other possible cause's,carbon buildup on valve stems & valves sticking,carbon on valve face/valve seat allowing valve(s) to leak,worn intake valve guide,incorrect clearance on valves,leaking/blown head gasket
