Did some checking in my microfiche cards for mod/spec# you gave, your pump is pn 31424A,pump bolted to eng block, this style pump is very old & a carryover from the lauson eng line & seldom seen/hasn't been made in yrs, same was also not rebuildable,no kit listed for same, when tecumseh bought lauson they changed the eng block design & installed an inline pulse pump that threaded into carb body & had a vac line that connected to a nipple on block to allow crankcase pressure to operate pump(pn 32959)these pumps are also nla,but the pn 33010 rebuild kits are still around,I thought this was the pump you had,my bad,you have several choices-1 install a blank up plate with a small nipple in & install on block and buy a new/used inline impulse pump on ebay & rebuild used pump if needed-2 for go pump & keep gas level in tank above inlet nipple on carb-3 check at napa, autozone,jc whitney,or other local auto parts stores for a low pressure electric fuel pump & install/wire to ign sw(if you have a terminal on same that provides 12v in on/run position)If you go the electric pump route or do away with pump, make a blankup plate/gasket to cover holes in block.
