Just bought a 2004 JD GT245 and the pedal that lifts the deck seems to be not working. Its all connected and all but it only lifts the deck about an inch. Everything looks ok underneath but it doesnt lift up and get out of the way like when you want to head down the driveway. Seems to be a lot of weight on the guide wheels too almost as if the tractor isnt carrying any of the deck weight . Any help would be appreciated
